FAQ
What is Willow’s cancellation policy?
When booking, we ask for a credit card to hold your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of your reserved service. If you cancel within 4 hours—or no-show—you will be charged 100%. This helps us offer open times to other guests and respect our stylists’ time.
Can I reschedule or cancel online?
We recommend contacting us directly to make changes. Email or phone works best for rescheduling or cancellations to ensure proper notice and avoid fees
What happens if I’m late?
f you’re more than 15 minutes late, your service may be adjusted or canceled depending on the stylist’s availability. Please call if you’re running behind—we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Do I need a consultation first?
Some services—like extensions, vivid colors, or major style changes—require a consultation. This helps us understand your hair and goals so we can book the right amount of time and give you the best result.
What if I’m unhappy with my service?
If you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We offer complimentary adjustments at the stylist’s discretion and appreciate the opportunity to make things right. Corrective color services are not guaranteed.
Do you offer blow drys with color?
Yes! Blow drying is included with most color services. Some styling may incur an additional charge (like hot tool styling). This will be discussed with you during your appointment.
Can I bring my children?
For everyone’s comfort and safety, children must be supervised and remain seated with their adult during the appointment. Salons can be a dangerous space for little ones—thank you for understanding.
Do you offer bridal or event styling?
Yes! We offer styling for weddings, photo shoots, and special events. These appointments often require extra time and planning, so a consultation is strongly recommended in advance.
What if I need help picking a service or stylist?
Give us a call or stop by! We’re happy to guide you toward the right service and match you with a stylist who suits your hair type and goals.
How far in advance should I book?
Most of our stylists are booked 4–6 weeks in advance. We recommend booking your follow-up appointment before leaving the salon to ensure your preferred time.
We value your time—and ours. Please allow at least 24–48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
