how does booking work at willow hair?
Book online anytime — for new clients, we’ll sometimes follow up to make sure you’re with the right stylist for what you’re looking for. Sometimes that just means confirming what you’ve already booked; sometimes we’ll suggest someone else on the team who’s a better fit. Either way, you’ll hear from us before anything changes.
We’ve matched clients with the right stylist since we opened in 2009 — it’s one of the things clients tell us they appreciate most about coming here.
why do you follow up after I book?
Because we think the match matters. Willow has eight stylists with different specialties, different strengths, and different chairs, and the right pairing makes a real difference in your result. If your appointment’s already a great fit, you won’t hear from us beyond a confirmation. If we think someone else on the team would serve you better, we’ll reach out before your appointment to suggest the switch.
what should I tell you when I reach out?
Whatever you know. What you’re hoping to change, what you want to keep, what hasn’t worked before. A photo of what you have now and a photo of what you’re going for are worth a thousand words — bring those if you have them. If you’re not sure what you want, that’s fine too. That’s what the consultation is for.
how do I get in touch?

what if I’m looking for a specific stylist?
If you have someone in mind — maybe you found them on Instagram or a friend recommended them — just say so when you reach out. We’ll do our best to make it work.
what about willow skincare — facials, microneedling, lash and brow treatments?
Skincare appointments with Claire and Isela can be booked directly. New esthetics clients are welcome to request a complimentary consultation before booking their first treatment if they’re not sure where to start.
what should I know before I arrive?
Come with clean, dry hair if possible — it helps your stylist see your natural texture and make better decisions. If you’re coming in for color, avoid heavy product buildup. If you have photos or inspiration images, bring them or have them ready on your phone.
For skincare appointments, please arrive makeup-free.
do you have a cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the service price. No-shows are charged the full service price. We respect your time and ask you to respect ours.
