willow skincare is a dedicated esthetics studio within willow hair. it’s a purpose-built room off the main salon floor, quiet and separate from the energy of the chairs. it’s where our estheticians do their work: facials, microneedling, lash and brow treatments, dermaplaning, and waxing, using all eminence organic skin care, one of the most respected professional skincare lines in the world.

every facial and skin treatment at willow skincare uses eminence organic skin care, a professional line built on natural, biodynamic ingredients that work. willow has carried eminence organic skin care since 2024, chosen after careful research, and it’s become central to how every treatment is approached. if you’ve never experienced it, you’ll notice the difference.
eminence’s formulas run 70–95% certified organic ingredients, are Demeter Biodynamic certified, and come from a Certified B Corporation. every product is cruelty-free and made without parabens, phthalates, mineral oil, petroleum, SLS, synthetic fragrance, synthetic dyes, or GMOs.

isela ortiz
esthetician — willow skincare
Isela trained at Advanced Esthetics Institute in Eugene, Oregon, and holds certifications in Eminence Organic Skin Care, PCA Skin chemical peels, dermaplaning, and microneedling. She has completed multiple eminence classes in advanced facial techniques, as well as facial massage training. She customizes each facial to your skin’s needs, adjusting product and technique as she goes. At the start of every appointment, she’ll ask whether you’d like her to walk you through each step as she works, or prefer to close your eyes for the rest of the treatment.
Isela specializes in facials, dermaplaning, microneedling, lash lifts and tints, brow shaping and tinting, and waxing.

Her facials are known for something specific: thorough, attentive massage — face, scalp, hands, and feet — that makes the treatment feel genuinely restorative, not just clinical. Extractions are thorough. The experience is unhurried.

collagen induction therapy

Microneedling targets fine lines, acne scars, wrinkles, and uneven texture by creating controlled micro-injuries that stimulate the skin’s natural collagen and elastin production. Minimal downtime.
