Casey has been at Willow since 2017 — she joined straight out of IBS Eugene and trained directly under Helen. She specializes in color that feels natural and grows out beautifully: dimensional highlights, lived-in balayage, and the kind of toning work that makes color look like it belongs.

Casey attended IBS Eugene and began her career at Willow Hair, training under founder Helen Wegener before taking her own clients in 2018. She’s only ever worked here — and it shows in the depth of her craft.
her approach
Casey starts every appointment by asking what look you’re going for and how you want your hair to grow out. She’ll look at photos with you, have a real consultation, and then go for it. For returning clients, she checks in on what’s been working and what to do differently. She takes notes.
