Isela trained at Advanced Esthetics Institute right here in Eugene and has been part of the Willow team for nearly a year. She’s certified in Eminence organic skincare and PCA Skin chemical peels and dermaplaning. Her approach is immediately warm — at the start of every appointment, she’ll ask whether you’d like her to walk you through each step, or whether you’d rather just close your eyes and arrive at the end. Either way is fine. That’s the point.
